Hire & Sales

To hire from us, you’ll need to provide a valid form of ID (such as a driving licence or passport) and proof of address. If you’re a business, we may require additional details for account setup.

We offer flexible hire periods, from a single day to long-term rentals. If you need to extend your hire, please contact us as soon as possible.

Yes, a refundable deposit may be required, depending on the type of equipment hired and your account status. Full details will be provided at the time of booking.

We supply both trade professionals and members of the public. You don’t need a business account to hire from us.

We strongly recommend having hire insurance to cover accidental damage or theft. If you don’t have your own cover, we suggest using JCB Insurance Services.

You must inform us immediately if any equipment is damaged. Charges may apply depending on the extent of the damage and whether insurance was taken out.

Yes, alongside our hire service, we sell a wide range of smaller tools, accessories, and consumables, including drill bits, safety gear, and cutting discs.

We sell new tools and consumables. Occasionally, we may have ex-hire equipment available for sale. Please check with us for availability.

Delivery & Collection

Yes, we provide a delivery and collection service for hire equipment. Charges may vary based on the distance and size of the item – please check at the time of booking.

Yes, you can collect most hired equipment from our depot, provided you have a suitable vehicle. Some larger plant machinery may require delivery.

We offer next-day delivery for most items, subject to availability and location. Same-day delivery may be possible for certain products—please contact us for details.

Yes, someone must be available to accept delivery, sign for the equipment, and receive any necessary instructions for its use.

Simply contact us to arrange a collection slot. You’ll need to ensure the equipment is clean and ready for pickup at the agreed time.

Yes, you can return equipment before the agreed hire period ends. However, hire charges will apply for the duration the equipment was out.

While we strive for on-time delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather can cause delays. We will keep you updated if this happens.

Yes, we can deliver purchased items. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and the size of the order.
